President¡¦s
New Year Message
Tashi Delek and a Very Happy New Year!
As everyone knows our dear Guru Mingyur
Rinpoche has already commenced his three year retreat. He has given
us a good example in how important it is to practice and meditate
and encourages his students and followers to do the same.
The Center
follows our Guru¡¦s guidance by holding weekly chanting and
meditation services and also conducting short retreats on weekends.
I encourage you to come join us at the Center here in Milpitas and
also the Branches in New York and Brazil. You can find our schedule
of weekly activities here on our website.
I want to express my deepest appreciation for everyone¡¦s help and
support this past year and I encourage you to continue under our
Guru¡¦s guidance with the same enthusiasm and diligence this coming
New Year. Please know that we are always in our Guru¡¦s prayers and
in his heart.
May peace, health and prosperity be with you.

Mantra Accumulation Dedicated to Our Precious Guru Yongey Mingyur
Rinpoche
Dear Dharma Brothers and Sisters,
We have received a message from Tergar Oselling Monastery and Buddhist College in Kathmandu.
The monastery requests that all of Rinpoche's students and disciples to please practice the Green Tara and Twenty-one Tara; and to please
recite the Green Tara, Guru Rinpoche and Vajrasattva mantras in dedication to our
precious guru, the Very Venerable Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche,
for his good health and longevity and that no obstacles be upon him
during his 3 year retreat.
The Yongey Buddhist Center Headquarters and its Branches in New York and Brazil have already
started the practice and recitation of these mantras. Students who would like to participate in this project should
select one of the three mantras to recite and report to the Center the number of recitations monthly by phone or email.
The Center will keep a tally and report back to the Tergar Oselling Monastery. We appreciate everyone's support for our dear
and precious guru.
You all are in his heart and in his prayers.
Tashi Delek!
Dorje Palmo
